HE the Foreign Minister Dr. Khalid Al-Attiyah held via telephone a conversation with Foreign Minister of Canada Stephane Dion in which the latter expressed deep gratitude and thanks for the release of Canadian citizen who was detained by the Taliban in Afghanistan.
