HE Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani, sent a written message to HE President of the Executive Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Salvatore Sciacchitano, related to the relationship between the State of Qatar and the International Civil Aviation Organization.

The message was delivered by HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Canada Dr. Khalid bin Rashid Al-Mansouri, during his meeting with HE President of the Executive Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Salvatore Sciacchitano.
