HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani received a phone call from HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammad Haneef Atmar.

The call dealt with reviewing bilateral cooperation, and developments in Afghanistan.

HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed during the call the State of Qatar's commitment to providing political support to the peace process in Afghanistan, and the continuation of dialogue among all parties to reach a political solution.
